This is one of the best things I’ve ever eaten and it’s from a magical restaurant named Red Cow in St. Paul. This masterpiece is known as the Breakfast Burger and I you ever order one make sure you get it with the 60/40 patty. That is a delicious blend of sixty percent ground beef and forty percent ground bacon. In my opinion the perfect mix of cow and pig.
The burger is topped with two slices of bacon, a fried egg, and peanut butter for you vegetable lovers. I know it sounds odd but you really need to take my word on this one. And finally if you hate your heart as much as I do order a side of the cheese curds.
